Colonial Pasta Salad

Colonial Dressing from Bob Evan’s is a favorite of ours. I decided to make a pasta salad with it and it’s a winner! Cool and perfect on a hot day.


  • 1 lb Pasta, I used Casarecce – pronounced “KAH-SAH-REY-CHEY” cooked according to directions.
  • 1 Red Onion, diced
  • 4 oz White Cheddar, cut into small cubes
  • 1 Cucumber, peeled and diced
  • Grape Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Dill
  • Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 c Colonial Dressing 
When pasta has cooled, combine all ingredients and chill until ready to serve. I typically wait until serving to add the tomatoes.
