Baked Saucy Chops Recipe

In this post I’ll be sharing a Baked Saucy Chops Recipe.

This recipe is so easy you could do it with your eyes closed. Okay….maybe you want to keep one eye open. Although I love cooking by the time I’ve worked all week and cooked every day, I like to do something simple on a Friday night.

I want to relax too you know! This is simple enough for the busy week and you’ll have time to do other stuff while dinner makes itself, well pretty much.

Baked pork chops are always a great meal option after a busy day and can be prepared a variety of ways so you’re not just having the same old thing.

Ingredients

Notice I didn’t give any amounts? Cause you don’t need it. That’s how easy this is.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Spray a casserole dish lightly with cooking spray and place your pork chops in it.

Next I just sprinkled the chops with salt, pepper, onion powder, and blackened seasoning. Just use your judgement for your taste.

Next add about a tablespoon of Heinz 57 Sauce on the top of the pork chops and brush it over the top and sides to coat.

Crumble French’s Fried Onions over the top and they are ready for the oven.

I had 1″ thick chops so I baked them for 45 minutes. If you are using a thinner cut you’ll need to reduce the cooking time to 30 minutes.

That’s it! Easy Peasy! I did a steamed veggie as a side and I’m spending the rest of my Friday night relaxing. Whew! Enjoy y’all, it’s delicious!

Let’s make this Baked Saucy Chops Recipe.
