The Best Cheeseburger Pie
- 1 to 1.5 lbs. Ground Beef
- Onion, diced
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- 1 c Baking Mix, such as Bisquick
- 1.25 c milk
- 1 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Mustard, ketchup, pickles and any other favorite cheeseburger toppings for garnish

Cheeseburger Pie

Cheeseburger pie is a quick and easy family friendly meal
Ingredients
- 1 - 1.5 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 c Baking Mix, such as Bisquick
- 1.25 c milk
- 1 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Mustard, ketchup, pickles and any other favorite cheeseburger toppings for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet add ground beef , seasonings and onion. Cook over medium heat, until beef is cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- Preheat oven to 350℉
- In a mixing bowl add baking mix and milk, whisk to combine.
- Spray a pie baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Pour batter mixture into pie dish.
- Add beef and onions and spread out evenly.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes.

My word that looks good. It reminds me of a pizza I had one time...cheeseburger pizza and it had a ketchup/mustard sauce and it was topped with dill pickles.
