Ham & Cheese Quiche

In this post I’ll be sharing a tasty Ham & Cheese Quiche recipe.

A quiche is so easy to make. It takes no time to put one together. It just takes a little while to bake. I like to bake mine the night before if serving for breakfast, just heat and serve the next morning.

Quiche is not just for breakfast though, it’s perfect for brunch, lunch or dinner too.

“Keep refrigerated pie crusts on hand. A quick quiche is often the answer when you don’t know what to make for dinner.”

Jane Jerrell | Simply Hospitality

Here are the Ingredients that you’ll need to make this quiche:
A Deep Dish Pie Crust, such as Pillsbury
Fresh Eggs, large or extra large
Heavy Cream
Ham, cubed or chopped
Cheddar Cheese, freshly grated
Dried Parsley Flakes
Black Pepper
Salt

Take pie crust out of the freezer and let sit out on the counter while you put together the ingredients.

In a mixing bowl beat eggs. Add heavy cream, parsley, salt and pepper and whisk together with eggs. Add ham and cheese to the pie shell and pour the egg mixture into the shell.

Bake for 45 – 55 minutes.

To reheat whole quiche, preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cover quiche with foil and bake 15 – 25 minutes, depending on how warm you’d like it. You can also heat it by the slice in the microwave.
