Soy Sauce Glazed Green Beans

You may be thinking, soy sauce and green beans, really?! Yes! You’ll have to try this one to understand how flavorful these green beans turn out after cooking. Whenever I serve them, I am always asked how I make them. For that reason, I decided to share this very easy recipe.

  • 2 14.5 oz Canned Green Beans
  • 1 c Chicken Stock
  • 1/4 c Soy SauceΒ , regular or low sodium
  • 1 tsp Dried Minced Onions
  • Cracked Black Pepper, to taste
Drain and rinse green beans. Add them to a medium sauce pan with chicken stock, soy sauce, minced onions and black pepper.
Bring to a rapid boil. Cook over medium high heat until almost all of the liquid is evaporated.
That’s it! So easy πŸ˜‹ Use vegetable stock instead of chicken stock to make this dish vegan.
